1Introduction and Purpose

Corporate social responsibility enables Albrighton Group Services Ltd to reconcile its commercial objectives with the legitimate interests of employees, clients, suppliers, communities, regulators and other stakeholders who may be affected by our activities.

This Corporate Social Responsibility Policy establishes the framework through which the company develops and strengthens socially responsible conduct across its conventional and digital operations.

Our objective is to balance economic performance, environmental responsibility and positive social impact through a practical triple-bottom-line approach.

2Our CSR Approach

Albrighton Group Services Ltd defines social responsibility as a voluntary and strategic commitment to achieve business objectives while complying with legal and contractual obligations, acting with integrity and fairness, and contributing to the current and future needs of society.

7Human Rights and Labour Practices

Albrighton Group Services Ltd is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights and maintaining fair and lawful employment practices.

11Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency

We meet our tax obligations in accordance with applicable law and seek to ensure that business structures and transactions reflect genuine commercial activity.

Where appropriate, financial and non-financial performance information may be reviewed internally or externally to support accountability and continuous improvement.

12Monitoring, Governance and Review

Responsibility for the implementation and oversight of this policy rests with senior management.

The company will review relevant CSR objectives, risks and progress periodically and may use performance indicators including:

  • employee engagement, training and wellbeing measures;
  • equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes;
  • health and safety performance;
  • environmental and carbon-reduction measures;
  • supplier due diligence and responsible procurement activity;
  • community and social-value outcomes;
  • complaints, concerns and stakeholder feedback; and
  • compliance with relevant legal and contractual requirements.
