We review the site layout, perimeter, show homes, unoccupied plots, plant and materials storage, and foreseeable risks such as theft, vandalism and unauthorised access.
Suitable SIA-licensed officers are selected, assigned clear duties and fully briefed before arriving on-site, including key holding and out-of-hours patrol arrangements where required.
Our management team remains available throughout the development to supervise the operation and adapt security cover as the site progresses from construction through to occupation.
